The Legendary Breakfast of Dar Al Miraaj

Every morning, our kitchen orchestrates a gourmet ballet. We prepare warm breads — harcha, msemen, beghrir — homemade jams, olives, beldi cheese, and depending on the day, a harira or traditional Moroccan tchoutchouka. Not to mention our homemade pastries.

All served in the Salon des Ambassadeurs. A gourmet journey celebrating fresh market produce and Moroccan culinary art passed down through generations.

Our set menu offers an authentic Moroccan gastronomic experience, prepared with fresh market produce. Reserved exclusively for riad residents.
